Steak Bites are a part of our routine supper repertoire. We use Arrow J Beef Stew Meat for easy steak bite meals. Most of the time we just cook them up in the cast iron skillet with a bit of garlic and butter. But on the days that we need supper ready and waiting for us, this is my "go to" recipe. Not only is it so incredibly easy to throw together in the morning and forget about the rest of the day, but it doesn't compromise on flavor or texture either.
